People around Cebu are getting busy preparing (for some, imagining) for ways to express and show their love to their loved ones. There are many ways for a person to show his love and appreciation for his partner. With the help of modern technology almost anything is possible. 2. Find flowers shops thru local directory - All around Cebu, you can find several flower shops. Most have numbers listed in some directories. You may contact them directly and then arrange payment. There could be difficulties as most of them accept only bank transfer or thru some money remittance.
